The lean-to conservatory roofs can be made with either a 2.5° or a 5° pitch.
Both the Edwardian and Victorian styles have a 22.5° pitch.
Standard eaves height is 2100mm.
Where a conservatory is being built onto a dwarf wall the height of that wall must be 600mm high.
Transom drop is 400mm.
Frame width is 63mm.
Four top hung opening vents.
One set of open out double doors.
28mm Toughened glass sealed units. [Supplied loose].
Internally beaded frames.
150mm Sub cill.
Corner posts and couplers.
2.5° or 5° firrings on lean-to roofs.
Conservaflash flashing kits.
The Victorian and Edwardian styles incorporate the Uzone roof. The lean-to designs use the Elevation roof. Both roofs are manufactured by Ultraframe, and are glazed with 25mm Polycarbonate in either clear, bronze or opal. |
