Terms and Conditions

You may pay either through credit, personal cheque or we can arrange finance through LS Mortgages.

For Credit Cards or Cheque Payments we require a £250 deposit with the remainder to be paid seven days prior to delivery. Finance arrangements must be completed before delivery.

On receipt of your deposit drawings and base plans will be issued. This is you acknowledgement please check that these are correct and notify us by email that we may continue with your order.

On notification that everything is correct we will issue a delivery date normally within 30 days of the notification. Please ensure that we have received final payment at least seven days before the promised delivery date.

Please ensure that all is correct on delivery. Any damaged items or shortages must be notified by email within 48 hours, after that period goods will be charged for when re-delivered.
